Not included. Usually built-in thermometers are not precise enough, to get an accurate temperature reading we recommend using an infrared thermometer.

Yes! You can add an iron cast pan to avoid staining the pizza stone It's perfect for baking, roasting, grilling, and searing meats, fish, and vegetables with a smoky flavor.

How to avoid undercooked dough and overcooked toppings?

Practice makes perfect! Preheat with the pizza stone inside until it reaches 660��F (350��C). Rotate the pizza every 15-20 seconds. For thick dough, bake the crust first, then add toppings and bake again.
